1. Reservations & Bookings

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
Accurate personal details must be provided during booking.
A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in Time: 09:00 AM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Payment Policy

Payment must be made as per the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
We accept payment methods like credit/debit cards, UPI, cash at hotel.
All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the check-in date for a full refund.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in full booking charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in 7–10 business days.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must maintain decorum and avoid any behavior that may disturb other guests.
Any damage caused to hotel property by a guest will be charged accordingly.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest behaving inappropriately or violating our policies.

6. Use of Website

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any illegal acts.
All content on this website is the property of Yash Residency and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yash Residency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of this website.
We are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
